Newton ist ein temperamentvoller Hengst, der sich nicht gerne unterordnet.
Er lässt sich zu nichts zwingen - man muss ihn dazu bringen, freiwillig und gerne mitzuarbeiten. Durch Geschick schafft man es ihm zu zeigen, dass man das Alphatier ist.
Er hat tolle Grundgangarten und zeigt sich talentiert am Sprung und in der Dressur.
Bei Stuten ist es nicht immer einfach, denn Newton ist unberechenbar. Man muss immer auf plötzliche Reaktionen von ihm gefasst sein.
Alleine geht der Hengst sehr schön. Mit anderen Pferden ist er jedoch recht unkonzentriert und abgelenkt. Dann zappelt er viel.
Newton muss noch sehr viel lernen, sowohl im Umgang als auch beim Reiten. Er kommt nur in erfahrene Hände, die mit dem Temperamentsbündel umgehen können.
