Florentine hat ein gutes Exterieur, aber auch ihr Interieur ist fein. Die GGA der flotten Warmblutstute sind jetzt schon sehr raumgreifend und ihr Springvermögen ist auch nicht von schlechten Eltern. Die Fuchsfarbene ist unter dem Sattel immer sehr entspannt und konzentriert. Schon jetzt merkt man ihr an, dass ihr das Springen eher liegt als die Dressur. Die Rheinländerstute kriegt viel Schub aus der Hinterhand, was man vorallem beim Freispringen sehr deutlich sehen kann. Selten, dass man bei ihr eine Gerte braucht. Sie ist nicht faul, sondern läuft gerne unterm Sattel. Flott, hübsch und gesellig. Das sind drei Wörter, die Florentine am besten beschreiben würden. Florentine ist sehr verschmust, aber manchmal, wenn sie so auf der Koppel steht, sieht es aus, als würde sie gerade träumen. Auf Turnieren ist sie unterm Sattel immer sehr entspannt. Florentine ist nicht besonders ehrgeizig, aber der Rummel und Lärm macht ihr sehr wenig aus und daher ist sie gut geeignet. Beim Hufschmied muckt sie oft. Das Füße-Hochheben-Müssen gefällt ihr überhaupt nicht, sie verweigert und hört nicht auf die Befehle. Beim Tierarzt ist sie gleichgültig. Die Instrumente machen ihr nichts aus, aber sie reagiert nur langsam auf Kommandos.
