Die sehr zierliche Filia ist sehr unscheinbar und auch etwas schwierig. Im Grunde ist sie ein herzensgutes Pony, was wirklich alles mitmachen würde und immer für einen Spaß zu haben ist, doch hat sie Angst vor allem Möglichen. Beim reiten sollte man die Gerte weglassen, denn davor hat sie mächtigen Respekt, sodass sie anfängt zu rennen. Regenschirme scheinen große, mit riesigen Zähnen bestückte Münder zu haben und eine offene Jacke könnte sie auch töten. In mehreren Bodenarbeits/GHP-Stunden wurde (und wird) mit Filia gearbeitet, damit sie eher neugierig als schreckhaft und verängstigt auf neue - und alt eingesessene - Dinge reagiert. Inzwischen kann man mit ihr ruhig eine Runde nach dem Training ausreiten gehen und das Flatterband an der Baustelle ist auch nicht mehr so gruselig wie am Anfang. Besondere Gänge zeigt die Stute nicht, dafür ist sie besonders weich im Maul und sehr sensibel was Schnenkeldruck angeht.
Ihre Leichtrittigkeit zeigt sie auch auf Turnieren, solange sie einen Kumpel vom Heimatstall in der Abteilung hat. In der Sache ist Filia wirklich interessant, denn auf Turnieren, auf denen immer großer Tumult ist, ist sie immer totruhig. Allerdings nur so lange, wie ein Pferd oder Pony vom Heimatstall in ihrer Nähe ist, sonst bekommt sie Panik. Ihr Exterieur ist durchschnittlich. Sie weist keine besonderen Fehler auf, ist aber auch nicht auserordentlich gut gebaut. Ihr Braune Farbe wird in den meisten Fällen weitervererbt. Für sie sollte man einen nervenstarken Hengst mit einem Schuss mehr Temperament auserwählen. Ausserdem sollte er - falls man ein Pony für den großen Sport haben möchte - sehr ausdrucksstarke und raumgreifende Gänge vererben.
