Susi ist eine ambitionierte Stute die schon früh entdeckt hat wo ihr Können liegt. Als junges Fohlen hat sie sich auf der Koppel schon die ungängisten Wege gesucht, ist über jeden Ast gesprungen und mit viel Begeisterung durchs Wasser gefetzt.\r\nDa ihre Liebe zum Gelände nie zu übersehen war, durfte Susi schon als Jährling regelmäßig Spaziergänge machen und als sie 3jährig unter den Sattel kam, waren Ausritte von Anfang an mit dabei.\r\nNatürlich mussten erstmal die Grundlagen gelegt werden, und in der Halle zeigte sich die sonst so tapfere Susi plötzlich zögerlich. Sattel, Trense, Longieren, Reiter - das war ihr alles nicht ganz geheuert. So waren die ersten Wochen bei ihr mit wenig Erfolgen bestückt und wir mussten uns viel Zeit lassen. Doch kaum saß unsere Bereiterin halbwegs fest im Sattel durfte Susi ihren ersten Schrittausritt gehen. Und sofort waren alle Sorgen und Nöte vergessen, Susi war wieder in ihrem Element. Seitdem stehen bei ihr mehrmals wöchentlich Ausritte auf dem Plan, doch mit genug Fantasie lassen sich viele gymnastizierende Übungen auch im Gelände trainieren und so zeigt sich Susi heute auch in Dressur- und Springprüfungen gut vorbereitet.\r\nGrundsätzlich ist Susi unterm Reiter immer aufmerksam und gefügig. Sie gibt schnell nach und bemüht sich zu gefallen, außerdem bringt sie viel Temperament mit. Doch der letzter Tropfen Begeisterung, der aus einem guten Pferd ein Top Pferd macht - den zeigt sie nur in der Vielseitigkeit.
