Valencia ist eine sehr bewegungsfreudige Stute. Es fehlt ihr oft an Geduld, lange zu stehen beim Putzen, auch wenn sie auf die Weide kommt, muss man ihr deutlich zeigen, dass sie erst losrennen darf, wenn das Halfter ab ist. Sie kann aber auch sehr anhänglich sein. Beim Absammeln der Anlagen klebt sie immer richtig an allen anwesenden und will gestreichelt werden. Man darf ihr das nicht durchgehen lassen, denn sie versteht, wann sie jemanden eingewickelt hat und nutzt das dann aus und ist immer wieder aufdringlich und nervig.
In der Stutengruppe hat sie ihren festen Freundeskreis, an den sie sich hält, mit dem sie tobt und dem sie nachruft. Sie kann eine super Freundin sein, wenn man gut mit ihr klarkommt.
Beim Arbeiten fordert sie. Sie bringt immer volle Leistung, eben larifari geht nicht. Dabei zeigt sie wunderbare ausdrucksstarke Gänge und viel Go nach vorne. Ob man sich dann im Viereck oder zwischen Hindernissen bewegt, ist für die Stute relativ egal, solange sie was tun darf. Im Gelände neigt sie deswegen stark zum Rennen und heizt sich gerne auf. Angst kennt sie nicht, so ist das Verhalten gleich, ob nun Gesellschaft dabei ist oder sie niemanden um sich hat. Das einzige, was sie je ausbremsen könnte, ist gute Kopfarbeit: Äpfel in Wassertonnen, Flattervorhang, Geschicklichkeit, alles wo sie genau aufpassen muss.
