Adagio ist total süß, allerdings hat er es faustdick hinter den Ohren. Auf den ersten Blick sieht man es ihm überhaupt nicht an, aber er gehört mit zu der Sorte der schwierigen Ponys. Bei dem Hengst braucht man viel Durchsetzungsvermögen, denn sonst kommt man überhaupt nicht weit. Es gibt aber auch Tage oder Situationen, an denen Adagio ordentlich mitarbeitet. Allerdings muss man jeden Moment darauf gespannt sein, dass seine Lust vergeht & er wieder nicht mehr mitarbeitet. Genau in diesen Momenten braucht der Hengst eine durchsetzungsfähige Hand. In Adagio muss man also sehr viel Zeit & Geduld investieren, damit er auf einen hört. Außerhalb des Trainings gehört er mit zu den Ruhigen. Wenn es z.B. auf der Koppel mal Stress gibt, dann verteidigt der Hengst seine Kumpels oder auch die jüngeren Pferde. Man kann auch sagen, dass sogar die älteren Pferde vor Adagio Respekt haben. Im Allgemeinen lässt sich sagen, dass er richtig süß sein kann, aber dennoch eine strenge Hand braucht.
