Züchter
Durch seine schwungvollen Gangarten und seine feinen Bewegungen ist Bashful in der Dressur zu Hause. Er ist leichtrittig, arbeitswillig und leistungsstark, in ungewohnten Situationen aber auch anfangs verschreckt und schüchtern. Vor Turnieren sollte er stets genug Zeit bekommen, um sich an die neue Umgebung zu gewöhnen. Im Umgang ist er sehr lieb und zuverlässig. Betüdeln und Schmusen sind seine Leidenschaft und umso mehr Hände an ihm herum grabbeln, umso wohler fühlt er sich. Auch zeigt er sich sehr wesensstark und mutig vor der Kutsche und lässt sich da sogar in ungewohnten Situationen nur schwer aus der Ruhe bringen. Die Kutsche scheint ihm den Rücken zu stärken, so dass seine sonst eher schüchterne Art vergessen ist.
