Augenblick ist ein sehr temperamentvoller Hengst, der sich zwar Menschen gegenüber respektvoll verhält, sich jedoch in der Herdengemeinschaft selbstbewusst und stolz präsentiert. Augenblick braucht auf jeden Fall Artgenossen um sich, ihn in eine Box ohne Zugang zu anderen Pferden zu stellen, ist für den Hengst eine Strafe, aus diesem Grund steht er auch noch mit seinem Bruder und seiner Mutter zusammen. Schon in seinen jungen Jahren zeichnet sich eindeutiges Dressurpotenzial in seinen starken Gängen ab, die er von seinem Vater geerbt hat. Bei Übungen und Trainingseinheiten wird der Hengst schnell undgeduldig und unkonzentriert, immer wieder muss man ihn ermahmen oder zurück halten. Das Führen klappt ohne Probleme, auch bei längeren Spatziergängen benimmt er sich sehr gut, zwar möchte er hier und da stehen bleiben, gucken und riechen, jedoch folgt er brav weiter. Als Handpferd hat er noch einen relativ hohen Spieltrieb gegenüber seiner Mutter und versucht sie ständig zu ärgern, was sich jedoch nach und nach legt. Wichtig für Augenblick ist jedoch eine Bezugsperson, fremden Menschen gegenüber verhält er sich meist Kritisch und zurückhaltend. Meist beäugt er diese zunächst aus sicherem Abstand, eh er sich an sie heran wagt.
