Tabitha ist die Zwillingsschwester von Simon. Da ihre leiblichen Eltern bei einem Verkehrsunfall ums Leben kamen, suchte das Jugendamt nach einer neuen Familie für die beiden. Gefunden haben sie Ihre neue Familie bei Mia und Timo. Am Anfang war Tabitha noch sehr ruhig, verträumte, schüchtern und zurückhaltend. Sie brachte kaum ein Ton von sich. Mit der Zeit merkte Mia das sie ein gutes Händchen für Pferde hat und auch Interesse am Reiten hat. Tabitha ist seit sie Reitet auch deutlich selbstbewusster geworden.
