Nevada hat ein sehr feines Gespür für Menschen und lässt sich schnell auf diese ein. Kommt von Menschen nichts zurück, blockt sie ab und lässt nichts mit sich machen. Kommunizeirt man jedoch mit ihr ist sie eine Seele von Pferd, das sich gerne putzen und problemlos führen lässt.
So wie beim Menschen, ist sie auch gegenüber anderen Pferden. Sie öffnet sich schnell, ist aber dann abwesend, wenn nichts zurückkommt. Gegenüber Hengsten präsentiert sie sich wie alle Stuten, aber nicht übermäßig viel.
Steht die geistige Verbindung, so steht auch die Verbindung aus dem Sattel. Neva bewegt sich mit wundervollen Gangarten vorwärts. Eine maßlose Gedult und Ausdauer macht die Arbeit mit ihr zum Traum. Freizeitlich im Westernstil kann sie sich mit ihrem Mut im Trail jedoch auch mit Profis messen.
Im Gelände steht noch eine leichte Unsicherheit, jedoch macht die Neugierde auf Neues das wieder wett und stellt die Stute als gute Partnerin an die Seite des Reiters. In jeder Situation kann man sich auf sie verlassen, denn auch halten lässt sie sich gut. All dies ist eine wunderbare Vorraussetzung für den großen Distanzsport.
