Atemlos stammt aus der RSs Willenlos und von Adlerflug SP und entstammt daher einer äußerst vielversprechenden Linie von Vielseitigkeitspferden. Die Stute ist sehr aufmerksam und von sehr freundlichem Gemüt, kann es aber auch faustdick hinter den Ohren haben, wenn ihr mal etwas nicht passt. Das zeigt sie dann auch mit den typischen Stutenallüren und durch Ohren anlegen. Damit schafft sie sich ein Schutzschild, welches fremde Personen erstmal auf Abstand hält und sie teilweise auch abschreckt. Erst wer diese Hürde geschafft hat, kann sich einen Platz in Atemlos's Herz sichern. Dann zeigt sich die Stute auch als sehr arbeitsfreudig und kompromissbereit. Hat sie Vertrauen gefasst und einen Reiter als Bezugsperson auserkoren, so würde sie auch durch Feuer laufen, um zu gefallen.
Atemlos wurde als Jährling an die Stutenstation Whispering Hollow verkauft. Als die Station wegen fehlenden Substitutionen jedoch aufgelöst wurde, kam sie zurück zu uns und wir erfreuen uns an der Stute, die auch die Zuchtlinie weiter aufrechterhalten soll.
