Emerald ist eine sehr talentierte Stute. Sie ist im Umgang aufmerksam und neugierig und wird am liebsten ewig nur bekuschelt. Ihre kleinen Neckereien kann man der aufgeweckten Stute gar nicht übel nehmen, so schnukkelig schaut sie dann ganz schnell wieder drein.
Emmy ist eine super Mutter, die bisher drei Fohlen liebevoll groß gezogen hat und sicher auch noch ein paar mehr gut umsorgen können wird. Jedes ihrer Fohlen bekam viel Fürsorge und eine gute Erziehung im Umgang mit Menschen und anderen Pferden. Aber auch mit anderen Stuten und Pferden allgemein versteht sie sich gut.
Einmal unterm Sattel zeigt Emmy ihr volles Talent: Sie hat feine Gänge, die sie in der dressur weit bringen und ist darüber hinaus aufmerksam und eifrig. Kleinere Reiter trägt sie geduldig herum, verzeiht aber keine Fehler und ist daher eine gute Lehrmeisterin. Auch an Bodenarbeit, Freiheitsdressur und Reiterspielen hat die Kleine Spaß und kann diesen auch gut vermitteln.
Vor der Kutsche liegt ihre zweite Stärke. Sie zieht gut an und folgt aufmerksam den Signalen des Fahrers. Mit mehreren Pferden im Gespann behält sie ihre Abgeklärtheit und überträgt sie auch an andere. Bei uns soll sie die Rolle der Erzieherin einnehmen und bislang haben wir noch keine Zweifel, dass sie in dieser Aufgabe gut darstehen wird.
