Cobalt musste schon immer irgendwie im Mittelpunkt stehen. Im Umgang ist er ein Lamm, wenn man sich mit ihm beschäftigt und lässt sich auch nur dann ablenken, wenn er merkt, dass noch jemand zugegen ist, der ihn nicht beachtet - inbesondere Stuten.
In seiner Gruppe rennt er noch ein bisschen gegen Wände, die älteren Jungs sind alle etwas abgebrühter was Jungspunde angeht und lassen sich seltener von ihm beeindrucken. Das hält ihn jedoch nicht davon ab, solange Lärm zu veranstalten, bis einer von ihnen mal deutlicher wird. Kommt eine Stute vorbei versucht er öfter mal in erster Reihe zu stehen, aber auch das ist ihm bislang nicht vergönnt. Cobalt ist zwar laut aber nicht dominant und lässt sich deswegen auch ganz gut mal wegschieben.
Unterm Sattel fühlt er sich schon wie ein ganz großer, plustert sich auf und will um jeden Preis gefallen. Ganz egal, ob es nun einfach nur einfache Übungen gibt oder sogar Geländeritte. Cobalt bietet sich immer an, er hat viel Spaß an der Dressurarbeit. Von außen kann sich das ganze dann auch super sehen lassen. Sobald er merkt, dass wer zuschaut, hängt er sich noch mehr rein - eben ein kleiner Showmaker, wie auch sein Papa einer ist.
