Franklyn kam als vorzeitiges Weihnachtsgeschenk zu uns und stammt von den Rising Sun Stables.
Ihn haben wir als super vorsichtiges Pferd kennen gelernt, was uns alle sehr begeistert hat. Klar, unsere Vierbeiner auf vier Hufen achten ja sowieso viel auf ihre Umwelt, aber Frankie tut das gefühlt nochmal viel mehr und ist dabei ein echter Aufpasser-Typ. Nach einer kurzen Kennenlernphase akzeptiert er aber alles Neue - egal ob Reiter, neues Haustier oder ein neues Pferd in der Herde.
Der Braune ist nie der extrem aufgedrehte Hengst, wie man vielleicht vermuten könnte, sondern döst lieber in der Sonne oder frisst sich gemütlich den Bauch voll. Putzen liebt er, aber vorsicht bei der einen Stelle am Bauch, dort ist der Gute nämlich kitzlig!
Franklyn ist im Parcours zuhause, er liebt es einfach im Stangenwald zu sein. Die Vorsicht siegt auch hier. Lieber das Bein ein bisschen mehr anwinkeln, dafür aber ja keine Stangen berühren. So die Divise des Vesländers. Das macht ihn zu einem echten Verlasspferd in jedem Springen. Und mit einem Zuckerwürfel ist die Motivation schier unendlich.
