Affair ist ein ziemlich Temperamentvoller Hengst, der nicht gerade leicht zu Händeln ist. Dazu kommt, dass er ziemlich Mistrauisch gegenüber Menschen ist, woher das kommt, können wir leider nicht so genau sagen, denn seit seiner Geburt wurde sich täglich mit ihm beschäftigt und geschmust. Hat er aber seinem Reiter sein Vertrauen geschenkt, so muss man behutsam damit umgehen, damit man es nicht wieder verliert. Auch beim Reiten ist dieser Rapphengst nicht gerade der einfachste, einerseits braucht er die Sicherheit seines Reiters, andererseits muss man ihn mit sehr, sehr viel Gefühl reiten, da er sonst "dicht" macht, indem er Steigt oder nur noch Rückwärts rennt. Hat man ihn aber soweit auf seiner Seite, ist er ein tolles Pony, mit sehr schönen Gangarten und einem Wunderbaren Springvermögen.
