This remarkable horse has now retired after a fantastic career and rewarding us with some wonderful offspring. She will still be regularly trained but no longer be a part of our breeding or competitive programs.

Ofelia arrived at Ekehof in the early spring of 2011 and we are excited to have her with us. Every year she grows more affectionate and lovable. I regard her as one of the most capable horses that we've ever have and it is with mixed feelings that she soon will retire. By the end of the year Ofelia will put her successful career behind her and hopefully reward us with another offspring in the near future.

Ofelia har verkligen ärvt färgen efter sin far och framför allt steget med. Min första tanke vara att se hur det blev och på något sätt hann han nog verkligen föra över en hel del bra gener till Ofelia. Vad jag känner på mig så kommer denna dam att komma långt. Hon har en härlig framåtbjudning med mycket härliga gångarter. Man kan verkligen inte missta sig i att hon har kämparglöden. Hennes härliga humör och glöden fick hon av sin mor.
