Die Holsteiner Stute ist kitzlig ohne Ende und Futterneidisch wie kein Pferd vor ihr. So beisst sie gerne in die Boxenwände wenn ihr Futter nicht schnell genug bei ihr ist und bei Putzen schlägt sie aus, weil es doch so kitzelt.
Dafür ist sie unter dem Sattel sensibel wie kein ein Pferd vor ihr. Man braucht nur zu denken, wo man hin will und schon macht sie es. Allerdings auch nur wenn man fest davon überzeugt ist, weil ansonsten findet sie sicher eine Ausrede um ihren Reiter abzusetzen oder irgendwo einen Büschelgras zu futtern
