Minosch ist ein Dressurtalent. Der Reitpony Hengst hat ein Gespür für die einklängige Bewegung und den Raum. Der Milton Sohn liebt die Arbeit auf dem Platz und mit Menschen. Er ist sehr feinfühlig und benötigt daher eine ruhige Hand. Es zeigt sich, dass er für andere Pferde nicht sehr viel übrig hat. Er suchst sich schnell eine Bezugsperson zu der er dann eine intensive Beziehung aufbaut und Vertrauen fasst. Auf der Weide steht der Fuchs meist allein, zeigt unterwürfiges Herdenverhalten. Neben der Weiterbildung im Dressur und Springsport sollte daher auch versucht werden, ihn an Ausritte mit anderen Pferden zu gewöhnen und zu begeistern.
