Strawberry Fudge ist eine quirrlige, freche Welshstute. Sie ist ein absolutes Charakterpony, und weiss genau was sie will. Im Umgang ist Strawberry Fudge absolut cool, sie macht alles mit, kennt keine Furcht und liebt es unter Menschen zu sein. Wenn es ihr langweilig wird, kann es schon mal sein, dass sie zwickt oder sich sonstige Späße ausdenkt, sie meint dies jedoch nie böse sondern will einfach beschäftigt werden.
Sie ist ein Pony, dass es gar nicht mag eingesperrt zu sein, sie will mit anderen Pferden zusammenstehen und brauch dringend den Kontakt zu Artgenossen. Sie liebt es mit anderen Pferden zu spielen und Fellpflege zu betreiben.
Unterm Sattel testet sie ihren Reiter gerne mal aus und zeigt dann auch ihren ponytypischen Dickkopf. Wer aber beharrlich bleibt und sich nicht von ihr austricksen lässt findet einen super Kumpel , der mit seinem Besitzer durch dick und dünn geht. Strawberry Fudge ist vielseitig einsetzbar, sie mag eigentlich die Abwechslung, und wer sie einseitig trainiert wird schnell merken wie langweilig es ihr wird.
Im Gelände ist Strawberry Fudge sehr lauffreudig, anfängergeeignet ist sie deshalb nicht, denn sie liebt es auch gerne etwas schnell zu werden und lässt sich nur von erfahrenen Reitern in der Gruppe im Galopp auf ihrem Platz halten. Die freche Stute liefert sich gerne ein Rennen mit anderen Pferden und zieht dabei selten den kürzeren. Sie ist eine richtig kleine Kämpferin.
