Ferrara ist eine junge, schüchterne Stute. Sie ist etwas zögerlich und muss sich vieles erst zeigen lassen. Beim Putzen steht die hübsche Braune brav still und genießt die Streicheleinheiten und Massagen der Bezugsperson. Ferrara muss erst Vertrauen fassen, um sich voll und ganz auf den Menschen verlassen zu können. Dies passiert recht schnell und dann kann man mit der Stute durch dick und dünn gehen. In der Abteilung ist sie viel zu vorsichtig. Sobald das Pferd vor ihr stehen bleibt, schreckt sie nach innen und hat Angst, dass das Pferd ausschlägt. Nur schwer kann man sie beruhigen und man muss lernen, damit umzugehen. An erster Stelle geht die junge Stute aber leider auch nicht. Deswegen wäre Einzeltraining, am Liebsten an der frischen Luft, am Besten für sie. Ausritte liebt die Holsteinerin dafür und dies ist einfach die beste Belohnung für sie. Hier kann sie sich ausleben und bei keiner Begleitung fühlt sie sich sicher und von dem anderem Pferd nicht ausgelacht. Nur bei ruhigen, souveränen und ausgeglichenen Pferden fühlt sich Ferrara gut aufgehoben. Sie ist ein ziemlich schüchternes kleines Stütchen, aber einfach ein total liebes, feinfühliges Pferd.
