Bitter Rose MW ist eine äußerst talentierte Dressurstute, die Aufgaben grundsätzlich problemlos bewältigen kann – allerdings oft auf ihre ganz eigene, kreative Art. Sie verfügt über viel Ausdruck und Bewegungsqualität, interpretiert Anforderungen jedoch gelegentlich etwas frei. So kann es durchaus vorkommen, dass sie Lektionen an anderen Stellen zeigt als verlangt oder eine Übung anders ausführt, als der Reiter es vorgesehen hat. Trotz dieser Eigenwilligkeit fällt es schwer, ihr böse zu sein, denn ihr Charme und ihre Arbeitsfreude machen vieles wett.
Im täglichen Umgang ist Rosi gut händelbar, bevorzugt jedoch eine feste Bezugsperson und reagiert weniger begeistert auf häufige Reiterwechsel. Innerhalb der Herde kommt sie grundsätzlich gut zurecht, erwartet jedoch, dass ihre ranghohe Position akzeptiert wird – andernfalls sorgt sie durchaus selbst für klare Verhältnisse.
