Takeavictorylap was one of the very first horses to grace the homebreds list of Whitewood Inc's foundation racing farm, Full Moon Thoroughbreds years ago. He was born in a heart-wrenching fashion as a suspected still birth but was thankfully brought back through some quickly administered CPR. Weather he would have been that way or not, he wound up becoming a very in-your-pocket type of horse, much happier to laze about with a person than another horse. His dramatic birth did not, however, have any effect on his career on the track as he showed through eight Grade I Stakes wins, bringing home well over $5 million in earnings that kept the farm going in some of the hardest times we've seen.

Takeavictorylap was retrained for sporthorse competition after his beyond successful career on the track. If we could go back we would happily let him retire but as it is he and his siblings have contributed enough to our sporthorse program that we continue to show and breed him for sporthorses. Which, how could we not when he is so well suited for it. With an incredible conformation and such gorgeous rippling movement as he cascades along whatever surface he may be on at the time. Takeavictorylap is a real joy to ride with his wonderful disposition and the grace and power possessed by him, able to carry a rider easily over almost any ground.
