Semmelbrösel ist ein echtes Buschpony mit dem Herz am rechten Fleck, aber auch mit dem typischen Pony-Dickschädel. Sie ist kein „Ja-Sager“ für die Dressurarbeit, die erledigt sie eher pflichtbewusst. Aber sobald es ins Gelände geht, blüht sie auf: Sie ist absolut trittsicher, mutig und denkt am Sprung mit – eine echte Lebensversicherung, die auch mal eine unpassende Distanz für ihren Reiter rettet. Im Umgang ist sie ein liebenswertes Schlitzohr, das jede Jackentasche nach Leckerlis filzt und genau weiß, wie sie ihren Willen bekommt, ohne dabei böse zu sein. Ein Kumpeltyp, der Spaß versteht.
