Captain Ticino hat bereits eine lange Reise und Besitzerwechsel hinter sich. Gezogen hier auf Rising Sun wurde er als Absetzer verkauft. Auch wenn es ihm in seinen danach folgenden Zuhausen gut ging, so wurde doch nicht ausreichend mit ihm gearbeitet. Wie es dann der Zufall wollte, fand er 2016 wieder den Weg zu uns zurück und nun hat sich unserer Bereiterin Rahel Lumino dem netten Hengst angenommen, der nie seine Lebensfreude und seinen Arbeitsgeist verloren hat. Captain Ticino ist ein schlanker Hengst, dem man seine sportlich erfolgreichen Vorfahren direkt ansieht. Unter dem Sattel ist er nicht so ganz einfach, da er zwar gefordert werden möchte, aber sein Reiter ein gutes Händchen braucht, um ihm nicht zu viel Druck zu machen.
