Bona Fide – guten Gemütes, immer voran, weiter immer weiter, egal was kommt. Das beschreibt den Palominohengst wirklich gut, denn egal wie oft er stolpert, egal wie oft etwas schief geht, er wird einfach niemals aufgeben. So ist er noch immer frohen Mutes, dass er irgendwann das Schloss an seiner Box überlisten wird und kommt man durch die Stallgasse, sieht man ihn meist mit den Lippen daran herumspielen. Unter dem Sattel ist es eine solch feine Art, dass er eben nie die Motivation verliert an etwas zu arbeiten – vermutlich auch nicht, wenn er vier Wochen lang über Brücken gehen müsste oder an Toren still stehen soll. Getestet haben wir das zwar nicht, aber wir sind uns sicher, dass er selbst dann noch mit Freude an die Arbeit gehen würde und das Gute in seiner Aufgabe sucht. Unermüdlich, ist er, unser Bona Fide und das kommt ihm in der Working Equitation zugute: lediglich die Rinderarbeit zählt nicht zu seiner stärksten Disziplin, ist dort doch ein unberechenbarer Teil mit eigenem Kopf, der ihn manchmal übertölpelt.
