ThR The HOA Nightmare ("Kevin")

The "Rule Breaker" Personality: Kevin doesn't just push buttons; he rewires them. If there is a fence to lean on, a gate to unlatch, or a neighbor’s grooming bucket to knock over, he’s already on it. He has a very high "mischief-per-hour" rate.

The "Karen" Radar: He is strangely suspicious of anything that looks official. If you walk into the barn with a clipboard or a tape measure, he’ll spend the whole time trying to chew on it or knocking it out of your hand. He’s essentially his own tiny, spotted government.

Work Ethic: Despite the name, he’s a "working professional" in the arena. He has that Mr Piloto and Watchem Dual athleticism, meaning he’s quick on his feet and incredibly agile. He’s the kind of horse that makes the hardest maneuvers look easy, but then immediately tries to eat your hat the second the buzzer sounds.

Quirks & Habits: * The Property Line Dispute: He is very territorial over his stall door. If a horse walks by too close, he gives them a look that says, "Do you have a permit for that gait?"

Loud and Proud: Between his bay blanket and his attitude, he acts like he owns the place. He doesn’t walk—he struts.

The Escape Artist: He has figured out that most suburban-style latches are just puzzles designed for his entertainment.
