Triton är döpt efter havskonungen Triton i disneyfilmen Lilla Sjöjungfrun i och med att när vi tog ett föl från USA's hingst Bartolomeus var kravet att ett Disneynamn skulle finnas på avkomman. En läcker hingst med brett gångartsregister som gärna showar upp dom när det inte hänt något på ett tag. Han har inga problem med att sprätta fancy med både fram och bakbenen.
