Sie gehört nicht zu den Pferden, die von sich aus sofort voller Energie explodieren, sondern benötigt zunächst etwas Aktivierung, um richtig in Schwung zu kommen. Ist sie jedoch einmal „wach“, arbeitet sie konzentriert, engagiert und zuverlässig mit.
Ihre ausgeglichene Art macht sie im täglichen Umgang angenehm unkompliziert, wodurch sie sich perspektivisch auch sehr gut als Schul- oder Lehrpferd eignet. Lemon zeigt eine solide Leistungsbereitschaft, kombiniert mit mentaler Stabilität und guter Nervenstärke – Eigenschaften, die besonders im Vielseitigkeitssport von großem Vorteil sind. Zudem ist sie wetter- und bodenunempfindlich und bringt ihre Leistung sowohl auf Gras als auch auf Sand konstant.
