Doncia is a lovely young lady, who started at the young age of 4 to impress us with incredible success. She was brought to us by Adriano as a yearling and considered to let her work under saddle, although at that time our mares usually did not. Nevertheless he let her live in one of our herds for a while and he almost had decided to let Doncia be a broodmare, after she had her first foals. But because she showed so much enthusiasm when he was around, he at last took the chance and started working her under saddle. This was so far the best idea for Doncias future, since she seems to love it. Doncia is always concentrated, never lets her thoughts slip away and fully trusts her rider. She is a very brave mare, that fulfills all breed requirements and furthermore, is very well capable to compete in Doma Vaquera now. Although she was only educated in Working Equitation she also shows very clear and beautiful walk, trot and gallop. Therefore she might be able to produce dressage foals as well as workers. She is also quite well-mannered and always waits for her riders tasks excitedly. If she got one, Doncia does pretty much everything to fulfill it. She loves being out at the campo and working with cattles, but she seems to like competition atmosphere, too. Therefore she will start competing internationally in 2014.
