With a name like Black Annis you may fear this little filly, but you should not because she is all smiles. She loves to play and is one of our most athletic horses and suprises us every day with her airs above the ground. A trainer of mine once told me "if the horse can buck, the horse can jump", if this is true Annis should be able to jump the moon! She is a non stop, very lively and active filly. Her temperament is good, although not the most patient, she is bold and interested in what you are doing. She is fast to learn but will get bored and look for something else to do if you are not good at keeping her attention. Generally she has a very good mind for eventing, since a quick thinking, bold minded horse tends to thrive. It is on the eventing circuit that you should fear this girl as she is sure to be a star. She produced a win in her very first show ever, followed immediately by a reserve champion. Black Annis has all the talent, pedigree, and conformation to compete at the upper levels in eventing. A true classy and fancy girl, we are very excited to bring her to Vollmond Elite.
Black Annis SW is by Conellys Black Rush a thoroughberd stallion who won at the grade 1 level and is now competing under saddle with upper level eventing potential. Conellys Black Rush is by Black Forrest another thoroughbred racehorse and out of Rushing Lady who was also very successful on the racetrack. Black Annis SW is out of WFF Naomh Rosheen who competes in eventing at the intermediate level. WFF Naomh Rosheen has earned her title in the ASIHS and also competes in several other associations. WFF Naomh Rosheen is by the 2012 SAI Event Horse of the Year Prince Clover. Prince Clover was also 2012 SAI Reserve Champion Warmblood of the Year as well as his World Champion title in the ASIHS. WFF Naomh Rosheen is out of Northern Bell, who has earned her Hall of Fame title in the ASWA as well as titles in the SHA and ASHA.
